If you are looking to get a thorough hearing test, and hearing aids that really work- look no further! I have tried other hearing aids at 2 different places and returned them because they did not help me. I have never heard this good in a long time. I am very thankful for the staff at Sonus for improving my life. I can tell you that my wife is very pleased too. The on-going care and service has been outstanding.

My experience with Sonus began well over 5 years ago when I was unable to schedule an appointment with my previous Audiologist, despite being in need of an emergency repair on my hearing aid. I called Sonus skeptically, expecting to hear that they would not be able to schedule me for a couple of days, at least. To my surprise, Joy and Lori were able to see me that morning, and immediately took care of the issue. I was, and still am, amazed at their customer service. They are always attentive, friendly, and welcoming, no matter what my situation may be. Joy has always been able to schedule emergency appointments on the same day, and they are always able to schedule my routine appointments at times that are convenient for me.
Lori and Joy have also taken the time to get to know me on a personal level, and this helps them to better understand just how dependent I am on my hearing aids. Having 2 small children, it’s simply not possible for me to be without my hearing aids for any length of time. They understand this, and always go above and beyond to ensure that I am always able to have functional hearing aids, whether it be my own or loaners, should mine need repair. Due to the lack of insurance coverage on hearing aids, Lori and Joy understand that the cost of maintaining hearing aids can be a bit stressful. Over the past 5 years, they have gone above and beyond to find the most financially beneficial ways for me to maintain my hearing aids, and this has saved me an unimaginable amount of money. I currently live in southern PA, and travel 35 minutes to Sonus Hearing Care Professionals whenever my hearing aids are concerned, even though I believe that there is a location closer to my home. The trip is worth every mile. Lori and Joy have been absolute lifesavers for me, and I would recommend this location to anyone looking for advice on hearing loss, or assistance with hearing aids. These ladies will take the time to make sure you’re getting the best care possible!

The support and feedback from Joy and Lori has been great. I have long felt that aids would help me, but, as a stubborn guy, would not make the first step.
Lori walked me through the steps and to date, everything has been far better than I expected. I am still in the trial stage and they have been able to schedule visits around a crazy travel schedule, which is very important to me.
On a scale of 1 to 10, my quality of life for normal daily conversation improvement is 9.5.

I am writing to express my excitement with the new Sonus hearing aids you fitted for me back in April 2012. I have never heard better!! Now I hear sounds that I have not heard in years. The new electronic technology is so much better than the units I was previously wearing. I no longer miss conversations or need to turn up the volume on music or television programs. You have no idea how this pleased my wife. Sometimes, I actually have to turn the volume down and that is a real change.
I highly recommend you and Sonus to anyone with hearing loss. I have already recommended you to one of my wife’s friends.
